"No More Ms Nice Coach" by Dr. Shauntel Peak-Jimenez

Ok Ladies, I know as a coach you are passionate about making a difference and I know that you are contributing to the world in a big way, and I know that you are impacting lives in a way that makes you feel amazing on the inside. And all of that is great. But do you ever find yourself on the wrong side of coaching?

I mean do you ever find yourself being taken for granted? Do you ever find yourself not setting the appropriate boundaries with your clients? Do you find that you have given away so much of yourself, and your time, only to not be appreciated? And do you ever conform and bend to meet the accommodations of your clients, but then you find yourself feeling unfulfilled and empty? Have you ever sacrificed the fee you really wanted to charge because you felt sorry for a client, only to realize it wasn't a good decision? Oh my, I could go on and on, but I will stop here.

At some point you have to quit doing things that don't bring you joy in your business, and you have to stop doing things that interfere with you feeling fulfilled. And you have to stop doing things that are not going to help you build your dream business.

Sometimes as a woman coach there comes a point in your business when you have to say "No More Ms. Nice Coach!" Now this does not mean that you can't be kind, compassionate and considerate to your prospects or clients. It simply means that you may have to set more clear boundaries, and release things that are not going to help you serve your clients, or yourself in a meaningful way.

When you declare "No More Ms. Nice Coach," that means you are taking internal steps to get your inner power back. You are taking control of your coaching business, and not letting it take control of you. That means you may have to set boundaries in a clear way. That means you should not do things that make you feel unappreciated or undervalued. That means you should not compromise your values just to get clients. And that means that you are going back to the reason you got into coaching, and that is to love doing what you do, feeling rewarded, and serving those you are called to serve in an amazing way.

Anything that is blocking your feeling fulfilled from your coaching business may need to be evaluated. If you don't feel fulfilled and excited about what you do, then you are not going to be in a position to make a difference in the lives of others, the way you desire to.

Becoming aware of what you deserve as a woman coach can help you truly enjoy what you do, and that allows you to serve your clients in a powerful way. When you declare "No More Ms. Nice Coach," it releases and unleashes the fabulous woman coach you deserve to be.
