Sangha Trinational

Situated in the north-western Congo Basin, where Cameroon, Central African Republic and Congo meet, the site encompasses three contiguous national parks totalling very more or less 750,000 ha. Much of the site is unaffected by human objection and features a broad range of humid tropical reforest ecosystems taking into account wealthy flora and fauna, including Nile crocodiles and goliath tigerfish, a large predator.
Forest clearings money herbaceous species and Sangha is habitat to considerable populations of tree-reforest elephants, systematically endangered western lowland gorilla, and endangered chimpanzee. The sites feel has preserved the continuation of ecological and evolutionary processes concerning the subject of a supreme scale and satisfying biodiversity, including many endangered animal species.
