Have you ever made such a promise to yourself?

Are you willing to make this promise to yourself?

Are you in the middle of something that does not allow you to keep yourself healthy? And if so what is it? Are you sure it isn't allowing you or you are not allowing yourself to be healthy?

These are questions to live by and answers to rely on.

Have you ever given your word to yourself to do everything in your Power to keep yourself Healthy and then things showed up and kinda happened to prevent you from doing so?

I know exactly what it is. This genius of the things that happens is called Life. And we are all living in it. So we are basically in it together. Do you see this? You are not the only one in this life going through whatever it is you are going through. We are all in it together.

And so if you were to know, which you do, what is preventing you from being healthy?

You know whatever this or that is. Whether it be the relationship, finances, studies, physical challenges, career and so on. What part of this part of your life is preventing you from living a healthy life?

You know the more you are clear about your own being the easier it is to change and transform your life.

Do you want to live a healthy life? If Yes, Good! 

And if No, why Not? 

Do you believe that you are Not honored to live a healthy life? 

Do you believe that you are Not worthy of living a healthy life? 

Do you believe that your word to yourself is nonsense and invaluable? 

Do you believe that you are a victim and that no matter what you do, you will not be healthy?

Are you being Honest with yourself, Right Now?

Have you put into action everything possible to create Health and Wholeness within you?

Are you sure that your answer is complete?

What else can you do within the realm of all possibilities to Create Health and Wealth in all areas of your life one day at a time?

Take a deep breath Right Now and allow a possibility to create health for yourself to reveal itself. Ask and you shall receive.

I invite you to let go of the belief that you cannot be healthy.

I invite you to keep the promises you make to yourself and allow the creation within you to create with your intention and your word to yourself.

I invite you to create new beliefs that energize and harmonize you with the truth of your Being.

I invite you to bless your Being as you are the presence of God and the Universe here as you.

Let go and let your True Light shine, shine inside and out to be healthy in Mind, Body and Soul. You can do it!
